With a solid educational foundation, Dr. De completed his MBBS from Calcutta Medical College, followed by an MD from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, Karnataka. His extensive training includes residencies at Kasturba Medical College and Tata Memorial Center & Hospital in Mumbai, where he also served as Chief Resident. Prior to his current position, Dr. De held the role of Consultant & Chief of Department of Radiation Oncology at Holy Spirit Hospital & Cancer Centre in Mumbai.

Present Position

  • Senior Consultant in the Department of Radiation Oncology Apollo Hospital – Navi Mumbai. The department is equipped with TrueBeam STx Linear Acclerator (LA) from Varian Medical Systems & BrainLab ExacTrac Image Guidance System for most precise Radiation Therapy treatment including RadioSurgery. For Brachytherapy we do have MicroSelectron HDR from Electa Medical Systems. The department is fully networked with ARIA Oncology Information System with state of art Eclipse Treatment Planning System (TPS). For Radio Surgery Programm we have the latest version of iPlan TPS.
